She is Pfizer's Corporate Lead Counsel, Patient Advocacy, Multi-cultural Health Equity Collective, and Clinical Diversity, and a transactional attorney with 20+ years of experience. She collaborates with organizations to support partnerships with diverse medical schools and advocacy groups to drive innovation in policy and outreach to multicultural communities.

She is a Harvard Business School Alumna of - The program for leadership development and a Certified Executive Leadership Coach - at Georgetown University. She is a Pitch competition grandmaster champion, spending 16 years as a US Coast Guard military champion.
